November, 2000 found Lynne and Peter on a weeks trip to Hawaii. They decided to do something different this trip and started in Kona, on the Big Island, instead of going directly to Maui. This is Lynne's first trip to the Big Island and it is Peter's first time back since November, 1963! The island has changed a little bit since then--like there is now a road to Kona, not to mention resorts, shops and people.
